Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Asia-Pacific: Malaysia, Singapore, Australia. (We're working on expanding to more locations soon!)

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking: Upon shipment, we’ll send you a tracking number and link so you can monitor your package in real time. 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Here are the estimated delivery times from the point of dispatch:

Destination Delivery Time (Business Days)
Malaysia 1–3 days
Singapore 3–6 days
Australia 4–7 days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer due to public holidays, adverse weather, or customs delays.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Thresholds

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order total. 

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs charges, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibilities of the customer and are not included in the order total. Please consult your local customs office for more information

6. Shipping Issues & Delays

Delayed Orders: Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, high shipping volume, or logistics disruptions. If your delivery is delayed, please refer to your tracking link or contact us for help.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check your delivery area or with neighbours
  2. Confirm your shipping address
  3. Allow 24–48 hours for possible early tracking updates
  4. Contact us if the package remains missing 

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and item, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with either a replacement or refund.

7. Changing or Cancelling an Order

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, or once your order is being processed, changes may not be possible

For address changes after shipping, you’ll need to contact the courier directly.
